Instructions:
Step 1
Make 3 cups of buttercream icing:
Tint 1/2 cup Red in set (or Red-Red)
Tint 1/4 cup Yellow in set (or mix Lemon Yellow with Golden Yellow)
Tint 1/4 cup Black
Reserve 2 cups white
Tint 1/4 cup Yellow in set (or mix Lemon Yellow with Golden Yellow)
Tint 1/4 cup Black
Reserve 2 cups white
Trace pan shape on cake board. Cut board and wrap with Fanci-Foil Wrap. Position cake on board.
Step 2
Pipe in inside loop in red with tip 8 (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).
Step 3
Outline inside and outside loop and knot in black with tip 6.
Step 4
Fill in bow with tip 16 stars in red.
Step 5
Pipe in nose in yellow with tip 8 (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).
Step 6
Outline nose in yellow with tip 3.
Step 7
Pipe in eyes in black with tip 8 (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).
Step 8
Pipe outline whiskers in black with tip 4.
Step 9
Cover head with tip 16 stars in white.
